Hi there! I just got online for the first time in ages and was looking at all the icons people had uploaded while I'd been gone. Which led me to look at your userpic page because I liked the "bi-poly-switch" one and wanted to know who made it. Then I noticed you were looking for the maker of this one . It's one of my favorites and it's by paddies.

I'll have to try to think of something to post to delivered_bound to get it going again. I miss it.
